I Have Restored my LODEwallet But Do Not See All of My Assets
The first step is to make sure that you are on the latest version of the LOD3wallet. Click on Settings / App Info / version should be 3.4.303… or Higher
If you are not seeing LOD3 Assets, chances are that your LOD3 Assets are still sitting on Hyperledger (if you are not seeing your LODE Token Classic) or the Syscoin Network (if you are not seeing your AGX AUX).
The next step is to approach Vault Admin to transfer your Assets to your current wallet. Please follow this email example.
Once your LOD3wallet is current you will now Create an Email to Send to LOD3 Admin
The addresses you are about to see are EXAMPLE addresses only.
You will find your own Receive addresses by clicking on Receive under Home top left, click on the Asset of interest, click on Copy Address button and right click and paste into the body of the email.
In the Subject Line type in your Full Name and LODE ID - Receive Addresses (Do not input receive addresses, only the two words)
1. In the body of the Email include the following:
I have restored my wallet and I am advising LOD3 to please transfer my LOD3 Assets. I will also require some AVAX and Sys-Rollux for gas. Thank you.
2. a) Type in Syscoin SYS Receive Address and paste the address
b) Type in Sys-Rollux Receive Address and paste the address
c) Type in AVAX Avalanche Receive Address and paste the address
d) You will now send your email to vault@lode.one
e) Please allow up to 10 business days for the transfer to take place
This is what your email should look like:
To: vault@lode.one
Subject: John Doe 112233 - Receive Addresses
