When Hyperledger and Syscoin were shut down your LODE Tokens and AGX AUX were transferred to a database for safe keeping, meaning that LOD3 Admin has to move your LOD3 Assets to your now existing wallet.
Scenario D)
You are an existing user who has lost access to your original 12-words and the LODEpay app. You have also created a new LOD3wallet with a different set of 12-words and a different Receive address. You do not see any of your LOD3 Assets in your wallet.
*** In order to protect the integrity of the LOD3 Eco-System it is very important that you diligently try to the best of your ability to locate your original 12-words. If you find them then please clear cache and cookies and re-do the following tutorial and say YES to Option A) in the email.
If you absolutely cannot find your original 12-words and you have created a second wallet or believe this is your original wallet, you will know that you are not using the original words if no LOD3 Assets show up in your wallet after RESTORING. If this is the case say YES to Option B) in the email.
