LODE Community Members Come Meet LODE's

New LODEapp Wallet!

The new LODEapp Wallet includes all the benefits of the existing LODEpay App, along with a host of new features.

It is important to note that the LODEapp Wallet is an entirely new application, and is not an update to the existing LODEpay App.

The existing LODEpay App is a non-custodial wallet, which means members have sole control of their private keys (12-word Recovery Phrase), and the digital assets within their wallets. As such, members will be required to use the 12-word Recovery Phrase from their existing LODEpay App to set-up their new Vault Wallet.

Members' LODE Account information, including their KYC, and 2FA if set up, will automatically transfer to their new LODEapp Wallet when they login to the App for the first time after downloading and installing it.

When members enter their 12-word Recovery Phrase to activate their new Vault Wallet, all digital assets and information in their non-custodial wallet are transferred from their existing LODEpay App to their new LODEapp Wallet.

The following step-by-step guide has been prepared to ensure all LODE Community Members are able to easily make the transition from their existing LODEpay App to their new LODEapp Wallet.

Before you begin, please have the following information and items close by;

i) your Username or Email and Password for your LODE Account;

ii) your six-digit PIN (Personal Identification Number) for your existing LODEpay App;

iii) something to write on; and,

iv) something to write with.

โš™๏ธ Please Note โš™๏ธ

It is highly recommended that you confirm the operating system software on your device is up to date before proceeding.

Let's Get Started!

This guide will focus on the basic steps required by LODE Community Members for an easy and successful transition of their LODE Account information and digital assets from their existing LODEpay App to their new LODEapp Wallet.

This guide is divided into three sections with hyperlinks, and a "Return to Index" tab at the end of each section so that members may easily navigate through these step-by-step instructions based on their knowledge and experience.

LODE will not be liable for any lost assets in wallets held by members who are not able to provide their 12-word Recovery Phrase, for any reason.

On the next screen, you will be required to enter your 12-word Recovery Phrase from your LODEpay App to access your Vault Wallet.

Step 23: Please type the twelve words of your 12-word Recovery Phrase into the corresponding numbered fields on your screen.

Step 24: When you have entered the twelfth word, the "Access My Wallet" tab will light up if you have entered them all correctly. Please tap on "Access My Wallet" to continue.

Step 25: Enter your six-digit PIN that you created to access your new LODEapp Wallet.

Congratulations!

You have successfully activated your Vault Wallet.

Step 26: Tap on "Continue to Your Homepage".

You have now successfully transferred your LODE Account information and digital assets from your LODEpay App to your new LODEapp Wallet.

All of the balances for your digital assets should now be available and accessible for you to buy, send and receive within your Vault Wallet.

It is suggested and encouraged that once members have confirmed all their digital assets are showing correctly in their new Vault Wallet, they uninstall the old LODEpay App from their mobile device as it will eventually be phased out and no longer supported in LODE's Ecosystem.
