This step-by-step tutorial will help you restore an LODEPay Wallet, all you need is the original recovery secret passphrase that you recorded for the initial setup.
IMPORTANT: The only way to recover a wallet is with the secret passphrase provided on the initial setup of your wallet, if you cannot find the recovery passphrase, there is no way to recover your wallet.
1. After re-installing the wallet, click on the "Recover existing wallet" option at the bottom of the first installation screen.
2. Read the terms of service and scroll down to the end of the terms, click on the "I AGREE" button if you agree to the terms of service.
3. Setup your 6 digit pin number and confirm it by entering it again on the following screen.
4. Enter the recovery phrase from the wallet you want to recover, make sure it has the exact correct spelling and all words are entered in the same order as originally provided to you. Click on the arrow at the bottom right of the screen to continue.
Congrats! Your wallet is now recovered!
If you wish to do so, you can now link your LODE Account to the wallet by clicking on "Link Your LODE Account" and following the prompts.
