Having trouble using the members portal?

Most problems can be cleared up by performing the following steps:

  1. Always use Google Chrome to browse on the members portal.

  2. Clear Chrome's cache and cookies.

  3. Check for operating system updates for your computer (Mac / Windows / Linux)

  4. Reboot your computer.

  5. Complete your KYC verification process

  6. Download the wallet of your choice (the LODE Community recommends the mobile AGXPay Wallet); see All About Wallets for all wallet step-by-step procedures.

  7. Record your public key in your profile
