You Have Lost Your 12-Words and Access to Your LODEpay App and Have Not Setup a Second Wallet - 11.24.2024

You have lost your original 12-words and do not have access to the LODEpay app. You have yet to setup another wallet and have Assets residing on Hyperledger and the Syscoin Network - 11.24.2024

This tutorial is for existing LOD3 users who have email and password login details to their Member Portal and have lost your original 12 word-recovery-phrase and lost access to your LODEpay app and you have not CREATED a second LOD3wallet. You will also have LOD3 Assets still residing on Hyperledger, the Syscoin network or on a previous historical LOD3wallet address

Before we begin, we encourage that you watch the following AMA, which covers a review of the LOD3wallet. Please note that in order for LOD3 to become more efficient with its time in handling incoming emails we are requesting that our user base spend the time to learn how to navigate their LOD3wallet, to confidently secure the required information, needed to complete the following steps.

Use this Login Details and Beneficiary form to keep track of your 12-word-recovery-phrase.

When Hyperledger and Syscoin were shut down your LODE Tokens and AGX AUX were transferred to a database for safe keeping, meaning that LOD3 Admin has to move your LOD3 Assets to your now existing wallet.

You now need to create a new LOD3wallet for a LOD3 Asset transfer, performed by LOD3 Admin.


​Be prepared with your Member Portal email address and password, along with a fresh sheet of paper to record information. After the tutorial please use this LOGIN Details Form to record all your login details. The form can also be used as a form for Beneficiaries to use to access your wallet / account.

Now open a new tab, ideally in Google Chrome and in the URL address bar type in lodewallet.com and click on "SIGN IN"


You will now “SIGN IN” using your original email and password used to log into your Member Portal and then LOGIN


Setup your 6 digit PIN

Confirm your 6 digit PIN


Now click on the “Vault - Tap to Activate” button


Click on “Got It”


Click on “SETUP A NEW VAULT WALLET”


You will now be presented with your 12-Word-Recovery-Phrase. This is your PRIVATE KEY to your LOD3wallet. Carefully write these 12 words down exactly in the order of 1 – 12, exactly as they are written and store them in a secure location. Do not lose these words, because no one will be able to help you recover your assets, should you lose these words.


You will now be tested by tapping on the missing word, to confirm that you have written down the recovery phrase in the order of 1 through 12. Continue to proceed through all four slides.


Enter your 6 digit PIN


Congratulations, click on “CONTINUE TO YOUR HOME PAGE”


You will now land on the LOD3wallet landing page.


Once your LOD3wallet is Setup you will now Create an Email to Send to LOD3 Admin

(The addresses you are about to see are EXAMPLE addresses only. You will find your own Receive addresses by clicking on Receive under Home top left, click on the Asset of interest, click on Copy Address button and right click and paste into the body of the email)

In the Subject Line type in your Full Name and LODE ID - Receive Addresses (Do not input receive addresses, only the two words)

  1. In the body of the Email include the following:

    Advise LOD3 that you have lost access to your LODEpay app and your original 12-words and have never setup a second wallet.

  2. In order to protect the integrity of the LOD3 Eco-System you have diligently tried to the best of your ability to locate your original 12-words but with no success. You are asking Admin to transfer your LTC and any AGX AUX to your new LOD3wallet.

    a) Type in Syscoin SYS Receive Address and paste the address

    b) Type in Sys-Rollux Receive Address and paste the address

    c) Type in AVAX Avalanche Receive Address and paste the address

    d) You will now send your email to vault@lode.one

    e) Please allow up to 10 business days for the transfer to take place

This is what your email should look like:

In order to protect the integrity of the LOD3 Eco-System I have diligently tried to the best of my ability to locate my original 12-words but with no success. Now send this email to ADMIN and allow 10 days for the transfer to take place.​
