When Hyperledger and Syscoin were shut down your LODE Tokens and AGX AUX were transferred to a database for safe keeping, meaning that LOD3 Admin has to move your LOD3 Assets to your now existing wallet.
Scenario D)
You are an existing user who has access to the Member Portal and created a LODEpay mobile wallet. You misplaced your 12-words and deleted the LODEpay app from your phone. You have now lost access to your original 12-words and the LODEpay app, and you have NOT Created a Second Wallet
*** In order to protect the integrity of the LOD3 Eco-System you have to diligently try to the best of your ability to locate your original 12-words ***
If you absolutely cannot find your original 12-words and you have NOT created a second wallet then please follow this tutorial to CREATE a NEW LOD3wallet using your existing Member Portal email and password:
Once your LOD3wallet is Setup you will follow the instructions within the tutorial to Create an Email to Send to LOD3 Admin for the transfer of your LOD3 Assets.
After RESTORING your LOD3wallet please return to the original email for additional information on Vesting and Wallet Valuations.
